- No promise of a number of kilos. Nobody can honestly make that on a web page.

Your maintenance is 0 calories a day
Right now, eating this much roughly holds your weight where it is.
What to do with the number
Those are the figures a plan would start from. Screenshot them. If you want the plan built around them, with the food you actually eat and a weekly check in that Adam reads himself, apply below. Short application, no call, and you can pay straight after if you want to start.
Online coaching is £179 a month. Hybrid, with a session a week in Derry, is £219 a month.
Why this looks lower than your fitness app
Most apps count the same walk twice.
Most calorie apps ask how active you are, then hand calories back every time you log a workout. That counts the same walk or the same gym session twice, once in the multiplier and once in the log, and it is the biggest single reason app numbers run high.
This calculator only asks about your job and your daily steps, the life you already have before any training starts. A real plan's own walking and training is worked out separately, on top of this number, so nothing gets counted twice. It is not a smaller number to make you feel worse. It is the accurate one.
What the plan does with this number
If you come on as a client, this is not just a number and goodbye. It is the exact starting point of week one of your plan.
Who is behind it
Adam Doherty is a Level 3 qualified, insured personal trainer who coaches in person in Derry. The online plans are built on the same numbers he uses with the people in front of him, and every plan is checked and approved by him before it reaches you.
The system does the arithmetic and the reminders. The decisions about your plan are made by a person who has read your week.
